Hey Hey, ASA
I have just added another short etude that gives the basics of setting up an ASA 5505 using the command line.
It is aimed for those folks who know something about computers and networking, but haven’t had the chance to work directly with a 5505 before.
It is basically a walk through of the process to clear the configuration from the device and then to get it set up for use as the primary network device in a small cyber defense competition. (Hmm- I wonder when that would come in handy?)
